Health is the most important thing in our life. There is no man who wouldn’t like to have good and excellent health. To be healthy is important for everyone, it is modern, it is wise to take care of yourself.

Nowadays our life is very busy, we are studying, working, want to earn as much money as possible and sometimes forget about our own health. We live in big cities, we drive cars or just breathe in trafic fumes, often eat fast-food. All these factors influence our life and our health. That’s why it is very important nowadays to take care about ourselves and have a healthy life without turning to so called healing water or other alternative medicine products.

As I understand a healthy life means keeping fit, eating healthy and fresh food and products as well as going in for sports. To be healthy it is very necessary to eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, sea food, meat at the substantive amounts, buy vitamins and supplements as well. As for me, it is really better to eat in the morning at 7-8 a.m. than to have a lunch at 1-2 p.m. and supper at 6-7 p.m. but not later at night. I feel much more better when I have my supper at 6p.m. than when I eat later than 9p.m.

To keep fit we should go in for sport, for example, jogging, swimming, just playing volleyball or tennis with friends, do some sport exercises at home or just walking every day at least 2-3 hours before going to bed. It is important to stop smoking and drinking alcohol. It is very popular today to do aerobics or fitness exercises that help us to keep fit and stay in a good mood!

To my mind there are a lot of people who are overweight. You may ask a question why is it so. It hink because nowadays the choice of tasty products is really great and you can’t help tasting this or that dish or dessert. People usually consume these products and they do not think about the consequences. The problem is that people like eating tasty food and don’t buy healthy products very often. Sometimes it leads to the stages when even special weight loss diet pills are powerless to help these “gourmets”.

Creatine works on the phosphocreatine and ATP systems while possibly buffering exercise produced hydrogen protons (acid). Caffeine demonstrates a powerful stimulation for the release of epinephrine. Theoretically, could take both these substances can help a person gain more of a performance edge. But the study discovered that maybe they can not cooperate. Even more, it showed that they may interfere with one another.
Creatine is produced by the liver, pancreas and kidneys and is sent to the muscle through the blood. It is then converted into phosphocreatine molecules that store energy in muscular tissues. Creatine increases muscle energy availability. It is done via the ATP cycle. This is the way how cells store and utilize energy. Thus the ATP is available the work we can do. The ability for the body to regenerate ATP also impacts work.

Creatine has probably become the most popular nutritional supplement used by athletes to increase muscle strength and size in conjunction with strength training. Creatine is a compound based on amino-acid. It is naturally produced in the human body. Our body produces half of the required endogenously from internal amino acids and the other half is produced from the food we eat. A lot of Creatine is found in fish and red meat. Creatine is produced by the liver, pancreas and kidneys and is sent to the muscle through the blood. It is then converted into phosphocreatine molecules that store energy in muscular tissues.

Some studies has shown that creatine may assist the removal of glucose from the blood as well as decrease production of glucose from the liver. With high intensity activity, depletion of creatine is associated with fatigue.

Creatine does not actually cause acne by itself. There were different studies conducted that showed that creatine didn’t directly cause acne. Specialists believe that the reason of acne can be usage of insulin as a creatine transporter.

The producers of many brands of creatine usually advise to take creatine with fruit juice or drinks such as powerade. If you aren’t prone to acne, this is a good thing. But if you are, and are not using any medications to stop acne, the release of hormones cap and will most definatley result in a significant increase of acne. It’s recommended to take creatine with water only, no matter how bad it tastes. It may take longer to be saturated into your muscles, but it is your choice.

You can take creatine without using insulin as a transporter. This will just take a bit longer for it to become saturated in your body. If you have acne and aren’t sure what is the reason for this, try cutting down on simple sugars for example.

Creatinine and creatinine clearance tests are used to measure the level of the waste product creatinine in the blood and urine of the patient. These tests provide information about how well kidneys are working. Creatine is formed when food is transformed into energy through a process of metabolism. Creatine is broken down there into another substance – creatinine, which is taken out of the blood with the help of the kidneys and then is driven out of the body with urine.

Creatinine is forming at a steady rate and can not be affected by any diet or normal physical activities. If your kidneys are impaired and cannot function normally, the quantity of creatinine in urine goes down but at the same time it increases in the blood.

Creatinine is a breakdown product of creatine, which is an important part of muscle. A serum creatinine test measures the amount of creatinine in the blood.

The kidneys of the person are keeping the level creatinine in blood in a normal range. Creatinine is no used like a kind of kidneys work indicator. If the kidneys become impaired the level of creatinine in the blood will be elevated at once. Thus high levels of creatinine warn of possible malfunction or failure of the kidneys, sometimes even before a person complains on that. That’s why standard blood and urine test checking level of creatinine help doctor to easily detect any problems of patient’s kidneys.

Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are to be:

for adults males somewhere 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams per deciliter

for adult females about 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter.

Young and muscular or middle-aged adults can have some more creatinine in the blood than the norm acceptable for the general population. On the other hand elderly persons, can have less creatinine in their blood than the accepted norm. Infants have normal levels of about 0.2 or more, depending on their physical development. A person who has only one kidney may have a normal level of about 1.8 or 1.9. Level of Creatinine reaching 2.0 or more in babies and 10.0 or more in adults may indicate the need of use of a dialysis machine to remove wastes from the blood. Certain drugs can sometimes cause abnormally elevated creatinine levels.

Our body produces half of the required endogenously from internal amino acids and the other half is produced from the food we eat. A lot of Creatine is found in fish and red meat. However, the very best source of creatine by far is creatine monohydrate because it contains more creatine per weight of material than any other source. Creatine is produced by the liver, pancreas and kidneys and is sent to the muscle through the blood. It is then converted into phosphocreatine molecules that store energy in muscular tissues.

Creatine is now sold in different forms. There are many different opinions concerning the pros and cons of using powder, pills or serum Creatine.
